When you use PRO-NET’s products or services, you need or may choose to authorize us to collect and use your personal information. PRO-NET will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this Policy:

2.1 Information Required to Use PRO-NET

When you use PRO-NET, we need to collect and process the following personal information. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with the services agreed under the Terms of Service:

Account registration and management: You first need to register a PRO-NET account to become a PRO-NET user. When you register, you need to provide us with the registered email address you intend to use. We will verify your identity by sending an email verification code. After registration, you can change your profile picture, nickname, and login password.
Log information: When you use the products/services provided by PRO-NET, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our services and save them as relevant network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, operating system version, date and time of access, hardware and software information, and page records you requested.
Device information: When you use PRO-NET to bind your charging device, we will automatically collect your charging device number, device Passkey, device ID, device firmware version and other information.
Position information: We will use relevant technologies to locate your actual location, including IP address, GPS, WiFi access point, Bluetooth and other sensor technologies that can provide relevant information.

2.2 The information you choose to provide

Third Party Services: If you use a third party service platform (Google) to associate with, connect to, or log into PRO-NET, it means that you have directly instructed or authorized the service Platform through its privacy Settings to send us relevant information, such as your registration information and personal data controlled by it.

2.3 We may collect and process personal information without your consent

In accordance with laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances:

Necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are a party.
Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations.
Necessary in response to a public health emergency or in case of an emergency to protect the life, health and property of you or others.
Conduct news reporting, public opinion supervision and other activities for the public interest, and handle your personal information within a reasonable scope.
Process your personal information that you have disclosed by yourself or other information that has been legally disclosed in accordance with this Law to a reasonable extent.

2.4 The equipment permission we request

In order to ensure the normal realization of relevant business functions, PRO-NET needs to call the corresponding necessary permissions according to specific use scenarios, and ask you before calling the popover. 3. How do we share and publicly disclose your personal information

3.1 Share with your consent or in accordance with your instructions

With your consent, we may share your information in the manner described in your consent, such as when you authorize third party applications or websites to access your PRO-NET account.

Will be shared with other third parties to the extent necessary to:

comply with government requests, court orders or applicable law
prevent illegal use of PRO-NET Products/Services or violation of our Terms of Use and other policies.
